Our Story

She Writers was born out of a shared passion and vision to amplify women’s voices. Two visionaries, Sympathy Mangwenya, founder of Women Writers Support Network Africa, and Shamiso Patience, founder of Reranai Consultancy, came together with a dream to create a space where women could boldly tell their stories.

​

Together, they recognized the need for a dedicated publication; a platform that would amplify women’s voices showcase their work, help them build professional portfolios, and shine a spotlight on emerging talent across Africa and beyond.
